Video is priced based on crew size, hours on site and the edits you need. Add it to your quote request and we’ll include it in your proposal.
How much does conference photography cost?
Most conferences fall between $1,500 for a small single-day event and $25,000+ for a major multi-day national conference. Your quote depends on attendance, days and hours of coverage, simultaneous sessions, and deliverables like daily previews or video.
Do you offer packages?
No — every event is custom quoted so you only pay for the coverage you need. We send a proposal with pricing, deliverables and a timeline after a short call.
How fast will we get our photos?
Full edited galleries are delivered within 48–72 hours. Multi-day events can add daily preview galleries delivered each evening, and rush delivery is available.
Can you cover multiple rooms at once?
Yes. For conferences with simultaneous sessions, we add photographers so no room goes undocumented.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancellations more than 14 days out are eligible for a full deposit refund.
Do you travel for conferences?
Yes. We’re based in Cincinnati and South Florida and cover conferences nationwide.
