Corporate team headshots typically cost $1,200–$2,500 for a team of under 10, $2,000–$5,000 for 10–50 people, and $4,500–$12,000+ for company-wide sessions of 50 or more. Individual executive sessions usually run $400–$1,800. Headcount, number of office locations, retouching and how fast you need the files move the price most.

Do you charge per person or per session?
Team sessions are quoted as a package based on headcount, time on-site and locations. Cincinnati team packages start at $1,500.
Is retouching included?
Yes. Each person receives 3–5 fully retouched selects, and additional selects can be added.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due before or on the day of the session.
Do you travel for team headshots?
Yes. We work in Cincinnati, South Florida, Chicago and New York, and travel for larger teams elsewhere.
