Turner Construction needed updated headshots for more than 100 employees across three offices — Cincinnati, Louisville and Lexington — for a team that spends its days on job sites, not in a studio. The photos had to match across every person and every city — same backdrop, same lighting, same framing — so the team page, proposals and LinkedIn profiles finally looked like one company.
We brought the same portable studio to each office: a neutral gray backdrop and a lighting setup locked to identical settings in all three cities. Tight schedules kept each person in and out in minutes, light coaching on posture and expression got natural results from people who don’t love being on camera, and every final image was retouched to the same standard so a Lexington headshot is indistinguishable from a Cincinnati one.
