A gala happens once, but its photos work all year: donor and sponsor thank-yous, award announcements, annual reports and the save-the-date for next year. Our job is to capture every honoree and key moment without interrupting the program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you photograph award handoffs and step-and-repeat photos?

Yes. We plan the award order with you in advance so every honoree is photographed on stage, and we cover step-and-repeat or VIP photos as part of the night.

Can we get photos during the event for social media?

Yes. We can deliver a small set of same-night or next-morning selects so your team can post while the event is still fresh. The full gallery follows in 3–5 business days.

How many hours of coverage does a gala need?

Most galas need three to five hours: arrivals and cocktail hour, the full program and the first part of the after-party. We will recommend coverage based on your run of show.
