The Alliance for Water Efficiency brings utilities, government agencies and industry partners together each year for its symposium. The August 2026 symposium in Chicago ran three days across two venues, the Booth Center and Joy District, with about 200 attendees. AWE needed photos and video it could share during the event and use all year after.
We covered sessions, speakers and networking across all three days at both venues, and filmed video alongside the photo coverage. We also ran a headshot session so attendees could leave with a professional photo. Same-day images went to the AWE team each day so they could post while the symposium was still happening.
AWE had fresh images to share every day of the symposium, attendees left with new headshots, and the team came away with a full photo and video library for future promotion.
