Yes. For larger conferences we scale coverage to concurrent breakouts, the expo hall and evening events, with one point of contact and one consistent edit across the gallery.
Can you help with sponsor recognition?
Send us your sponsor list before the event and we’ll capture signage, booths and activations for each one, so sponsor recaps and renewal decks are easy to pull together.
How fast are photos delivered?
We deliver daily preview highlight galleries during multi-day conferences and the full edited gallery within 48–72 hours. For IMLS we turned the full gallery around in 48 hours.
Do you offer video as well as photography?
Yes. Recap videos, plenary session recordings and short social highlights are available alongside photography.
