NABSA’s annual conference brings the bikeshare and scootershare industry together for keynotes, an exhibitor expo and plenty of time outside the ballroom. The 2026 conference at The Westin Cincinnati needed coverage that worked for the association, its sponsors and exhibitors — and captured an industry that lives on the street, not just on stage.
We covered keynotes and general sessions, the exhibitor expo with brands like Lyft, Revolution and Red Bike, the networking between sessions and the evening reception — and rode along on the bike share group ride through downtown Cincinnati. Video captured the plenary sessions in full and the moments for a recap film, while a preview highlight gallery went out each day so NABSA could post during the conference. Sponsor and exhibitor moments were tagged so photos could go back to partners quickly.
NABSA left Cincinnati with a full content library — a recap video, plenary session recordings, daily highlights and complete photo galleries for recaps, sponsor reports and next year’s promotion, including the outdoor ride footage that shows what the industry is actually about.
