In May 2025, Kroger Health partnered with EverFi to bring a hands-on nutrition program to students at Goshen Middle School in Goshen, Ohio, just outside Cincinnati. Creative Soul Studios photographed the day for the partners’ community and communications teams.
About the Event
The program started in the school gym, where Kroger Health and EverFi team members led an energetic assembly about building a balanced plate. Students worked in teams with oversized MyPlate boards, then headed outside to a build-your-own yogurt parfait bar stocked with fruit, granola and healthy toppings — turning the lesson into something they could taste.

How We Approached It
School events move quickly and run on a tight bell schedule, so we planned coverage around the agenda, stayed unobtrusive during activities and made sure partner branding was visible in the key shots. We followed the school’s photo guidelines throughout and delivered an edited gallery ready for community reports and social media.

Tips for Photographing a School or Community Partnership Event
- Confirm photo permissions for students with the school before the event
- Share the run-of-show so the photographer can be in place for each activity
- Bring branded signage or a backdrop so partner logos appear naturally in photos
- Plan one big group photo early, before students rotate to activities
- Capture your team volunteering — those photos are gold for internal communications
