IMLS brought library leaders together for its 2026 Library Convenings — part of the agency’s IMLS 250 programming around America’s 250th. Three days of keynotes, panels, fireside chats and working sessions had to be documented for a federal agency audience: accurate, respectful, and usable for reports, press and social long after the event.
Creative Soul Studios covered every day of the convening with a consistent shot plan — registration and arrivals, each keynote and panel, audience reactions, small-group work and the conversations between sessions. A preview highlight gallery went out at the end of each day so the IMLS team could share moments while the convening was still happening, and the full galleries followed within 48 hours, organized by day and session.
IMLS left Cincinnati with a complete visual record of the 2026 Library Convenings — speaker photos for every session, engagement images for reports and newsletters, and organized galleries the team could share with partners right away.
Every session covered. Every speaker captured.
