We travel nationwide for conferences and multi-day events. At the Marriott Grand, we covered registration outside the Gateway ballroom, general sessions and panels on the main stage, breakout sessions across the meeting floors, lunch in the Majestic ballroom and an attendee headshot station, then followed the group to Busch Stadium for the evening program.

What We Cover
Speakers, panels and fireside chats on the main stage. The main session space has natural light, which we balance with the stage lighting for clean, accurate skin tones.

Yes. We are based in Cincinnati and South Florida and travel nationwide for conferences and multi-day events. Travel is quoted separately in your proposal.
A 70–200mm f/2.8 handles stage work from the back of the room without getting in the way, and a 24–120mm covers groups and breakouts. We add flash in breakout rooms to manage white balance.
Yes. We ran one for IMLS Library Convenings in St. Louis. Stations photograph about 30–35 attendees per hour.
