In 2026, the North American Bikeshare & Scootershare Association (NABSA) brought its annual conference to The Westin Cincinnati. Creative Soul Studios was on site to photograph the full program — from the main stage to the expo floor to a group ride through downtown.
About the Event
NABSA’s conference gathers operators, cities, advocates and vendors from across the shared micromobility industry. The program mixed keynotes and general sessions with an exhibitor expo, plenty of networking between sessions, and events that took attendees out of the ballroom and onto the streets of Cincinnati.

How We Approached the Coverage
Before the event, we reviewed the run-of-show and built a priority shot list with the organizers — every speaker, sponsor moment and must-have group photo. On site, we coordinated with the AV team on stage lighting and positions, moved between rooms as sessions changed, and kept an eye on the hallway conversations that make a conference feel alive. Final galleries were edited for consistent color and delivered in a private online gallery, organized so the team could find images by day and session.
