What is CSS Architect?

How far in advance should I book?

For corporate events and conferences, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For team headshot sessions, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. Peak season in Miami and Fort Lauderdale (fall/winter) books faster — the earlier the better.

Do you travel outside your four markets?

Yes. We regularly travel for the right project. If your event or session is outside Cincinnati, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or New York — reach out and we'll put together a travel quote.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

We respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. We'll follow up with a few clarifying questions, then send a custom proposal with pricing, deliverables, and timeline.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session or event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling within 14 days is handled case-by-case.

Do you offer packages or is everything custom quoted?

Everything is custom quoted based on team size, event scope, duration, and deliverables. We don't publish rates because the right answer depends on your specific situation.

How long does a team headshot session take?

For 10–15 people, expect 2–3 hours on-site. Most individuals are done in under 10 minutes. For larger teams, we schedule in blocks across a half or full day.

Do you come to our office?

Yes. We bring everything — portable studio lighting, backdrops, all equipment. You just provide the space. A conference room, lobby, or open area works well.

What should our team wear for headshots?

Solid colors work best — business professional or business casual. Avoid bright patterns, large logos, and neon colors. We send a full prep guide to every client before the session.

Can we have multiple background options?

Yes. We typically offer a clean neutral background and an environmental option (a space in your office). We'll discuss what fits your brand before the session.

How are the final headshots delivered?

Via a private, password-protected online gallery within 48 hours. Full-resolution files ready for web, print, and LinkedIn. Each team member can download their own selects.

How many edited photos does each person receive?

Each person receives 3–5 fully retouched selects. Additional selects can be purchased. For executive sessions, we deliver a curated gallery of your best 5–10 frames.

Do you do individual executive headshot sessions?

Yes. Executive sessions are 1–2 hours, on-location in your city. Multiple looks, guided posing, and professional retouching. Delivered within 48 hours.

What's your retouching approach?

We do clean, natural retouching — skin smoothing, blemish removal, and minor tone corrections. We don't over-retouch. The goal is that you look like yourself on your best day.

What types of corporate events do you photograph?

Conferences, galas, award ceremonies, product launches, company milestones, holiday parties, client appreciation events, nonprofit fundraisers, and branded activations of any size.

How do you approach large multi-room conferences?

We review the run-of-show before the event and build a priority shot list with your team. For large conferences, we deploy multiple photographers to cover simultaneous sessions. No room gets left undocumented.

Can we get same-day photos from our event?

Yes. For multi-day events, we offer daily selects — a curated, edited set delivered each evening for social media and real-time communications.

How quickly are event photos delivered?

Full edited galleries are delivered within 48–72 hours of the event. Rush delivery available for time-sensitive needs.

Do you work with our AV or production team on-site?

Yes. We coordinate directly with AV teams, event planners, and venue contacts. Give us a point of contact and we handle the rest.

What's the difference between conference photography and corporate event photography?

Conference photography is focused on multi-session, multi-room coverage — keynotes, breakouts, networking. Corporate event photography is broader and applies to any company-hosted event: galas, dinners, launches, celebrations. There's significant overlap, and we cover both.

Do you photograph multi-day events?

Yes. We strongly prefer to cover multi-day events with the same photographer each day to ensure visual consistency across your entire content library.

What is a headshot station at an event?

A professional on-site headshot setup at your conference, gala, or corporate event. We bring equipment, manage the line, photograph attendees, and deliver branded photos. Attendees leave with a professional headshot. You leave with a goodwill-generating activation.

How much space does the headshot station require?

Typically 10x10 feet. We adapt to tighter venue spaces — just let us know the layout and we'll make it work.

How many people can you photograph in a day?

80–120 people per day with a single setup. For larger events, we add photographers and stations to scale output accordingly.

Can the photos be branded with our event or company logo?

Yes. We offer branded gallery pages with your event or company logo, and optional photo overlays with branded framing.

How are attendee photos delivered?

Attendees receive a link to a private gallery with their photos. Same-day digital delivery is available for most setups.

What's the difference between branded content video and corporate video production?

Branded content is typically shorter, social-first, and focused on storytelling for marketing channels — culture videos, brand stories, social series. Corporate video production is full scripted production: concept, script, multi-setup shoot day, professional post-production. Higher investment, longer shelf life.

Do you handle scripting and concept development?

Yes. For both branded content and corporate video production, we work with you from concept through final delivery. We don't just show up with a camera.

What does an event recap video include?

A 60–90 second highlight reel and a 3–5 minute full recap video. Speaker and interview clips are available as add-ons, as is a full raw footage library.

How quickly do we receive the event highlight reel?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush options are available for same-week or next-day delivery when needed.

Can you do photo and video at the same event?

Yes. Combined photo and video packages are available for events of any scale. One team, one brief, one delivery.

What formats do you deliver video in?

All standard formats for web, social, and broadcast — MP4, MOV, and platform-optimized exports for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. We deliver everything you need for every channel.

How long does a branded content project take from start to finish?

Most branded content projects run 3–5 weeks from brief to final delivery. Full corporate video productions typically run 4–6 weeks depending on scope.

Who owns the photos and videos after delivery?

You do. All delivered images and videos come with full commercial usage rights. You can use them on your website, LinkedIn, press materials, investor decks, internal communications — without restriction.

Can we use the photos for advertising?

Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included with all deliverables. Paid media, print advertising, digital advertising — all covered.

How are files delivered?

Via private online gallery or downloadable link. Full-resolution files ready for web and print. Organized by session, person, or event day depending on the project.

How long do you store our files?

We retain project files for 90 days post-delivery. If you need files re-delivered after that window, we can usually accommodate with advance notice.
