We handle equipment prep, location scouting, lighting design, and crew coordination. For on-site shoots, we arrive early to dial in the setup. For headshots, we send your team a prep guide covering wardrobe, grooming, and what to expect — so everyone shows up camera-ready and confident.
The Production Day

On shoot day, our team runs a tight ship — but never a stressful one. We guide subjects through poses, capture candid moments, and adapt in real time. Your team gets a frictionless experience, and we get the shots. Most headshot sessions wrap in under 15 minutes per person. Events get same-day selects.
Curation & Delivery
From thousands of frames to a tight, curated gallery.
Back at the studio, we cull, color-grade, and retouch every image to Creative Soul Studios standards. You receive a private, branded online gallery with download access — organized, shareable, and ready to deploy across LinkedIn, press kits, and your website. Turnaround is fast: typically 3–5 business days.
